These terms apply to your use of proshieldautospa.com and to services booked with ProShield Auto Spa. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
Booking
Appointments are booked through our online booking provider, Urable, or by phone. We work by appointment only, Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. Please arrive on time; if you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are for the coverage described (for example, window tint on 4 doors and the rear window). Final pricing can vary by vehicle, glass, condition and options, and prices may change without notice. Your quote or booking confirmation controls.
Warranties
STEK window films we install are covered by STEK’s limited lifetime manufacturer warranty, subject to STEK’s own terms, conditions and registration requirements. In addition, ProShield stands behind its installation workmanship; if you notice an installation issue, contact us and we’ll make it right. Warranties don’t cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear.
Window tint laws
We’re happy to explain Kentucky and other states’ tint rules, but the shade you choose is your decision, and keeping your vehicle compliant with the laws where it is registered and driven is your responsibility.
Your vehicle
Please remove valuables before your appointment. Pre-existing conditions (such as chips, failing paint, old film or adhesive, or defroster line damage) may affect results, and we’re not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
